- Communication skills: Looking for an agent who is easy to communicate with and who listens to the needs and concerns of prospects. Good communication skills are key to a successful working relationship. Empathy and an understanding of the home-buying process is key to your success.
- Professionalism: We prefer an agent who is professional, punctual, and reliable. They should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
- Local market knowledge: Look for an agent who has a deep understanding of the local market, including current prices, trends, and market conditions. This will help ensure that you get the best possible price for your property.
- Tech-savvy: In today’s digital age, look for an agent who is comfortable using technology and who can effectively market a property online. What social media are you on? Can you make a movie?
- Personality: We want agents whom you are comfortable working with and who have the best interests of their clients at heart. Successful agents are: friendly, approachable, and trustworthy. If you can express trust you will be successful.
